Choices Healthy Lifestyle Group meets weekly on a Thusday between 1pm-3pm. Monthly structured programme which includes goal setting guest speakers and subsidised outings. The aim is to inspire and educate people of healthy lifestyle choices.Open to any age, just come along and join us. Weekly sessions each Thursday between 1pm - 3pm.
